Easy, fast and tasty in Hungarian style... he Minnesota Hungarians is pleased to announce its first Hungarian cookbook project.We cordially invite you to contribute your favorite Hungarian recipes to be published in our cookbook. Our goal is to collect, promote, and spread, in Minnesota and in the United States, our favorite Hungarian recipes and the delicacies of Hungarian cuisine. All recipes, whether traditional and non-traditional, (soups, pastries, main courses, desserts) are welcome!
Send your recipe to the following e-mail address: minnesotahungarians@gmail.com; Put “cookbook project” in the subject line. For complete instructions and guidelines for submission. A friendly reminder: The Minnesota Hungarians reserves the right to edit, publish, or delete submitted recipes.

Please,
- give a name to your favorite recipe in English and in Hungarian as well
- list all ingredients in the order to use
- give the baking / cooking time
- give all of the necessary information that you think would be usuful
