- 2 lb potatoes cooked in their skins
- 4 boiled eggs
- Hungarian smoked sausage (you can use Johnsonville Beef Brats – 14 oz)
- vegetable oil
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz sour cream
Slice the potatoes, boiled eggs, sausage. Layer the potatoes, the sausage, and the eggs in a greased ovenproof dish. Season with salt and prinkle with melted butter, pour some sour cream top of the eggs. Finish the layers with potatoes, then sprinkle with vegetable oil. Put the whole lot in the oven for 30 minutes – or til the top is golden brown. Enjoy it!
